Norman M. Goldfarb is executive director of CRISI. He is also executive director of the Site Council, an industry collaboration that speaks with a common voice to eradicate serious problems that sites have had with sponsors and CROs and the converse for over 40 years. He is also managing director of Elimar Systems, which is developing a technology platform to transform clinical research into a collaborative, learning enterprise. Previously, he was chief collaboration officer of WCG Clinical, founded and led the MAGI conferences, and published the Journal of Clinical Research Best Practices.

Jay Smith is a CRISI technical lead. He is also head of product, Trial Interactive at TransPerfect, an eClinical platform. He previously held senior product and engineering management positions at Apogy, VenueNext, Cureatr and Sparta Systems.

Neil Palmer is a CRISI technical lead. He is also VP of product development at C6, a patient recruitment company. Previously, he was the founder of UI Farm and held senior technology positions at Bodog, QuinStreet and Cyberlease.
